Dean HaspielRED CIRCLE COMIC'S Dean Haspiel will be at The Baltimore Comic Con this weekend, September 7-8. Emmy award winning artist, Dean Haspiel, creator of BILLY DOGMA and The Red Hook, illustrator of HBO's "Bored To Death," and has written and drawn many comix, including Spider-Man, Batman, X-men, Godzilla, Mars Attacks, and collaborations with Harvey Pekar, Jonathan Ames, and Inverna Lockpez. His latest project is The Fox, with writer Mark Waid.

mark waidRED CIRCLE COMIC'S Mark Waid will be at The Baltimore Comic Con this weekend, September 7-8. Eisner Award-winning American comic book writer. He is well known for his eight-year run as writer of the DC Comics' title The Flash, as well as his scripting of the limited series Kingdom Come and Superman: Birthright, and his work on Marvel Comics' Captain America. From August 2007 to December 2010, Waid served as Editor-in-Chief, and later, Chief Creative Officer of BOOM! Studios, where he wrote titles such as Irredeemable, Incorruptible, and The Traveler. His latest project is The Fox, with Dean Haspiel.

J.M. DeMatteisRED CIRCLE COMIC'S J. M. DeMatteis will be at The Baltimore Comic Con this weekend, September 7-8. Eisner Award winner J. M. DeMatteis has worked in the comic book business for more than 30 years, writing the adventures of such Marvel and DC icons as Spider-Man, Superman, Batman, and Captain America. He is perhaps best known for the intensely personal visions of Moonshadow and Brooklyn Dreams, as well as (with co-writer Keith Giffen) the superhero comedy of Justice League and Hero Squared, and (with artist Mike Ploog) the all-ages fantasies Abadazad and The Stardust Kid. DeMatteis—who also writes novels, television and film—lives in upstate New York. His latest project is The Shield.

2607678-francesco_francavilla_02_576AFTERLIFE WITH ARCHIE COMIC'S Francesco Francavilla  will be at The Baltimore Comic Con this weekend, September 7-8. Francesco Francavilla  is an Italian comic book artist known for his creator-owned series The Black Beetle and pulp-inspired comic covers. Other notable works include The Black Coat, which he co-created, Dynamite's Zorro series, and his recent run on Detective Comics with Scott Snyder and Jock. His latest project is Afterlife With Archie, with writer Mark Waid

ARCHIE COMIC'S Dan Parent will be at The Baltimore Comic Con this weekend, September 7-8. Dan ia graduate of The Kubert School, Dan began working for Archie immediately after graduation. His writing of the Love Showdown series from 1994 received widespread attention. Dan wrote the first bi-racial coupling of Archie and Valerie from Josie and the Pussycats. Archie then introduced their first openly gay character, Kevin Keller, in Veronica #202, which was written and drawn by Parent. Dan also design and creation of a number of new students introduced in a six-issue storyline called “New Kids Off the Wall”, written by Alex Simmons. The characters of various ethnicity and background were added to diversify the Riverdale High.Dan has also depicted a visit from President Obama and Sarah Palin.

Ryan JampoleARCHIE COMIC'S Ryan Jampole will be at The Baltimore Comic Con this weekend, September 7-8.  Ryan Jampole is a Harvey Award nominated comic artist. As the newest Robot Master in the Mega Man franchise. His powers include tight pencilling, illustrating and cartooning. He hails from Queens, New York and attended the High School of Art & Design and the Fashion Institute of Technology. Ryan has been drawing Mega Man characters since age 7. Yes, there is a sketchbook to prove it.

Jeff ShultzARCHIE COMIC'S Jeff Shultz will be at The Baltimore Comic Con this weekend, September 7-8.  Jeff Shultz has been with Archie Comics for the past 18 years, drawing Betty & Veronica for 13 of those years. He has also worked with other characters, including Looney Tunes, Animaniacs, Peanuts, and was ghost artist for theTom & Jerry newspaper strip.

Paul KupperbergLIFE WITH ARCHIE'S Paul Kupperberg will be at The Baltimore Comic Con this weekend, September 7-8. Paul Kupperberg has been working in comics for decades now, primarily at DC Comics where he was a writer and editor for many years. He wrote Superman and Phantom Stranger, created "Arion," "Checkmate" and "Takion," and revived "The Doom Patrol" in the 1970s and 1980s, working with everyone from Jack Kirby and Mike Mignola, to Jan Duursema and Aaron Lopresti. Kupperberg currently writes the monthly "Life with Archie" magazine at Archie Comics.

ARCHIE COMIC'S Bil Galvan will be at Salt Lake Comic Con September 5-7. Bill Galvan has been a comic book fan all his life, and has been drawing comics professionally for the past 10 years. Bill currently draws for Archie Comics as a freelance penciller, working on the graphic novels “Archie: Freshman Year”, books 1 and 2. He continues to edit and pencil the non-profit all ages series The Scrapyard Detectives for the Diversity Foundation, which he also co-created.
