GEORGE TAKEI BEAMS TO RIVERDALE!

This December, Star Trek's "Sulu" will meet Riverdale's own Kevin Keller in the pages of KEVIN KELLER #6, which features the hottest Archie character in years meeting his hero, George Takei.
The story will be written and drawn by Kevin creator Dan Parent, who pitched the idea to Takei at a chance convention meeting. Takei loved the idea and it soon became a reality. After Buzzfeed broke the news, numerous other sites jumped on the announcement including CBR's Robot 6, AOL's Comics Alliance, IMDB, Bleeding Cool, iFanboy, Major Spoilers, The Mary Sue, and Digital Spy.
From football star Michael Strahan to legendary rockers KISS, you just never know who will swing by Riverdale these days. This marks the first time a celebrity guest star will appear in the Kevin Keller series, and if early buzz is any indication, it won’t be the last as Archie Comics relishes in boldly going where no comic publisher has gone before.
