iFANBOY interview with ARCHIE COMICS President MIKE PELLERITO at SDCC

iFanboy stopped by the Archie booth during San Diego Comic Con to talk all things Archie with Archie Comics President Mike Pellerito. As rock legend Gene Simmons made Kevin Keller an official member of KISS in the background during the Archie Meets KISS signing, iFanboy’s Ron Richards spoke at length on the latest buzz worthy announcements to come out of Riverdale including Archie Meets GLEE and the upcoming makeup line called MAC Archie’s Girls.
Also discussed was Archie’s ability to attract big name artists to contribute variant covers to Archie including Fiona Staples and recent Eisner winner for Best Cover Artist, Francesco Francavilla, who was recognized for his Archie Meets 
KISS covers among others.
New Crusaders was also on the tip of everyone’s tongues as the returning heroes will soon be making their way to your local comic shop in print. Now fans who have been clamoring for hard copies of the digital-first series can contact their local comic shop and add these stories to their Red Circle collection.
