Just enough time for a fast post – I’m meeting Nancy at Pop’s to talk about my new advice column. Archie called me a minute ago. Not a text message, mind you. HE. CALLED. ME.
And he said, “So, Veronica, what do you want for Valentine’s Day?†It was soooo sweet. I could actually hear him blushing!
And I said – real casual, “Oh, I don’t know, Archie. I haven’t really given it much thought? Is Valentine’s Day this week?â€Â
And he said, “Yeah, the whole world knows that! Don’t you have any ideas?â€Â
And I said, “You know, I think I would like something SHINY this year.â€Â
“Shiny, huh?†he said. “Okay, I’m on it.â€Â
And he hung up. I can’t wait to see what he gets me!
Last year, he gave Betty and me an autographed picture of himself. UGH! I KNOW he’ll do better this year!

Hey Ron! So looks like Archie is going to get you something shiny! Well, he could give you a bunch of jewelry like a broach, anklet, ring, necklace, bracelet, etc. Or he could give you a picture collage (pictures of you and him of course) with a shiny picture frame. He could also get you lots of shiny lip gloss or lipstick. Or in other words he could get you A LOT OF THINGS! Well on Valentine's Day or the day after that tell us what he DOES get you!
